At the age of nine, I knew I wanted to become a filmmaker. At ten, I wrote my first film script (or what I thought counted as one at the time). At sixteen, I wrote my first theatre play, which I produced with funding from my high school. At twenty, I was admitted to acting school.
After working as a theatre and film actor for ten years, I felt it was time to move behind the camera. My transition from acting to directing began in 2017, when I produced and directed the short film A Dream Called Humanity, also playing the lead role. Out of 700 entries, it was selected among the 15 winners to be screened at the Shorties Festival within the Munich International Film Festival — and it was the only film shot entirely on a phone.
Since then, I’ve directed and produced a wide range of award-winning films and visual projects — including short films, fashion and image films, theatre performances, and music videos.
Storytelling has always been my way of exploring humanity. From acting on stage to directing behind the camera, I aim to create work that connects emotionally and visually.
